Problem

You’ve customized a Revu profile (e.g. showing/hiding toolbars and panels, creating tool sets, custom columns, or statuses) and exported it. However, when you import it into another system, it doesn’t have the same settings or appearance.

Cause

Whenever you edit a profile, the changes aren’t retained unless you manually save them or close Revu.

Solution

After customizing a Profile, close and reopen Revu or select Revu > Profiles > Save Profile.

When you export your Profile, be sure to select the Include Dependencies option, so that settings and customizations like tool sets, custom columns, statuses, and hatch patterns will be included in the saved profile.
