Problem
If a document has a form field somewhere — like a digital signature, check box, or text field — single-key shortcuts are disabled to avoid conflicts between the keyboard shortcuts and typing in the form fields.
Solution
There is an option in Preferences that allows keyboard shortcuts to function with these documents. To enable single-key shortcuts in documents with form fields:
- Go to Revu > Preferences (Ctrl+K).
- Click Tools in the sidebar, and then click Forms.
- Fill the Enable Single Key Shortcuts with Form Fields check box.
- Click OK.
