Problem
You’re trying to register Revu 20 or below but can’t locate your product key.
Solution
Upon purchase of Revu 20 or below, a License Certificate is emailed to the license owner, which includes a serial number and product key. If you’re the license owner, search your inbox for an email from registration@bluebeamops.com.
If you can’t find the email or are unable to reach your license owner, contact your IT Admin or follow the steps below:
- From support.bluebeam.com select Submit Ticket in the upper right corner.
- Scroll down to the Contact Us form.
- Enter your name, email address, and all other required fields.
The email address you provide must correspond to an email address listed as a contact for your license.
- Under Describe Your Issue, copy the template below and paste it into the field. Be sure to include your computer name and serial number. Your serial number can be found by going to Revu > About.

- Your request should look like the image below. After you have filled out the contact form, select Submit.
After submitting your request, you’ll receive an email confirmation providing you with the requested product key.
